Price, customization, capacity...
How much does an art party cost?
The standard cost for a mobile event is $475, including our inflatable black-out studio, 2 hours of set up time, your event time, and breakdown time. A deposit that goes towards the total cost of your event is required at booking. Prices for different party packages or private events will be based upon number of items to paint or the scope of the party crafts. Prices also differ depending on props, set up time, distance, lighting options (i.e. neon/blacklights, light show) projector and screen. Music is always included, tables and chairs can be added upon request for an additional cost. If there is a specific budget in mind, or you do not require the inflatable tent, let me know and I will do my best to make it the absolute most out of the budget that’s allotted!
What is included with my party?
Special lighting and music are always included with all our art parties. Neon parties always include glow necklaces/bracelets. Glow foam wands are available upon request. Other party themes may include a projector and screen for playing a movie or slide show, fog machine (if needed for theme), and photo back drop for an additional cost.
How many people can you host?
Our Inflatable Art Party Studio is 20' x 30' x 13'. The capacity depends on how the party is set up. We can host parties from 20-60 easily. Cocktail style (mostly standing with small tables) parties can accommodate about 60 people. Art parties where everyone has their own table workspace can accommodate about 20 guests. Of course every party - and party location - is different so seating options and the availability of outside entertaining space will vary.
Can you host a sensory-friendly event?
YES! Everyone should have an opportunity to create like wild! We can provide gloves to protect against the ick-factor, turn down the lights, and/or accommodate a range of seating options. Our studio is all about inclusivity. We recognize the powerful therapeutic benefits of creative expression, especially for those dealing with challenges like ADHD or sensory needs. We welcome people of all abilities.
Where do you travel?
We're based out of New Market, VA in the Shenandoah Valley. We include travel to anywhere in a 25 mile radius in our base party package, but we will travel from Washington DC to Charlottesville and anywhere in between, within 100 mile radius.
What if it rains on my party date?
The inflatable tent and lighting equipment are not waterproof! So, in the event of rain, we can issue a rain check to reschedule your event within three months. A deposit is required at the time of booking, so. it will still be applied to the new package. If no alternative dates are available, we will return half of the deposit. If you’d rather keep your date, we can relocate the party indoors to a home, barn, shed, or similar space (without the tent), provided there is nearby electricity and enough room for equipment setup.
